You didn't know about the golden birthday? I always heard it as your golden year, but basically the same. A year of really good luck. (We celebrated Shannon’s “Golden” birthday this past weekend.)
Ok thanks for the money. I will go and cash the check. But I actually have quite a bit of cash. So I don't know if I should hold it or send some home and you can put it in my account. What do you think would be best?
Elder Andrus (new companion) is from Rexburg Idaho. He's been out a little over 18 months. All my companions will be home by July 12th. I won't know anyone in my mission then. He has been a member his whole life and I think he has three siblings. He wrestled in high school. Kinda country. I'm not sure if that's from North Carolina or from Rexburg or both. Probably both. but he's a lot of fun to be with.
That's awsesome you had stake conference! Ours was canceled due to the storm. :( I love hearing from general authorities. I learn so much from those meetings. And your stake conference sounded revelatory. What is one thing you will do different because of it?
The lessons are great! that was brother nighthawk. (Picture he sent home last week) He is a member. I don't think he makes them (headdress he was wearing in picture) but he makes a lot of other cool things. There are a few. (referring to Native Americans) Not as many as NAU though. There isn't any snow left. It all melted the next day and yes we get it every other week (the car). We will be biking this week. I can't remember the funniest experience right now. I'll have to get back to you on that.
I sent you a box today. It's got Tate's name on it because those are the stickers you sent. But inside is some stuff for you to keep for me and some things for your birthday. Happy Birthday! I'll probably tell you that again next week. Well I've got to get going. I love you so much!
