Sounds like your week has been eventful. That's great that McKayla is now Mrs. Cuevo. Tell them congrats for me. And I do think that those messages in stake conference are important ones. Out here I often meet people who worry a lot about things that don't really matter. It is important to simplify and focus on the things that are more important. I liked what Elder Bednar said in Conference about the advice he was given. When you can't do all the things you use to you do the things that are most important. I think if we start doing that now then our lives will be a lot more peaceful and joyous.
The people in the pictures are the bonds Family (bishops family). Brother Powers ( ward mission leader) and Kenney (investigator). I also met a sister in the Great Bridge ward yesterday who I can't remember her name but she lived with the Amman's for a while and said that she knows you and you send you love.
So the four investigators are progressing very slowly but still progressing in my opinion. We aren't tracting as much but we need to. The ward is really into missionary work and so their is assigned Exchanges almost every night which on one hand is great but on the other we don't have enough people to teach to bring members every night but we can't cancel the exchanges and so we spend a lot of time calling less actives and part member families to go visit and so we have little time to find new investigators. So we are working on managing that. But we did find a new investigator this past week. His name is Terry and he is a drummer for his church. He seems pretty cool and open and he agreed for us to come back this next Saturday to give him a book of Mormon and introduce it to him. So I am excited to see where that goes. I am not cleared for driving. I don't think I will be until I am senior companion in a car area. And the bike is holding up good. It only goes to two gears instead of three on the one side but that is fine. I don't think I could use three right now anyways.
That's exciting about another CPA joining. That also sounds like it could be crazy Busy though. I hope it all works out and you aren't too busy. It rained here this last week so it has started to cool down again. Gloucester was like two weeks ahead of Chesapeake when it came to weather. So it was still kinda warm when I first came but now it's cool again. Winter will probably be a cold one.
Well that's all I really have for now. Oh next week P-day is Tuesday because of our general Authority mission tour. So I'm not dead just at a meeting when I don't email next Monday. I should be emailing tues. around this same time though.
I love you and wish you the best this next week!
Love Elder Bear.
